last but not the least.. mother should avoid eliminating dairy products h, caffeine, onions, cabbage, broccoli, garlic, and spicy foods.
if baby is formula fed than ask your paedritician to switch to another formula.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
