Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. 3 month old baby doing motion frequently there may be some infection sometimes therefore recording the symptoms of the baby you can consult to your doctor and after a proper examination of the child doctor will prescribe you the medicines which are required and give you proper guidance
