mera baby 2year ka hai abhi tak wo bolta nahi hai pr a,b,c,thode colour our 1,2,3, bolta hai baki kuch nahi bolta use kuch chahiye hota hai to hat pakdke leke jajt hai or dikhata hai pr wo bulane pr jada tr nahi atta kabhi kabhi atta toda wo mujhe hyper active lagta hai muje smjme nahi aa raha kay autisum ke Singh hai Maine dr ko dikhaya hai unka kehna hai wo normal hai pr speech dealy hai

See if you are giving any screen time to the child specially mobile phone you need to put a stop to that because your child may not be autistic but the vibrations of the phone is not good for the child do you need to put a stop to that and try to communicate more with your child and if you feel it’s only speech delay as per your doctor then consult a speech therapist as well
