Dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 15 months old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.

Hello mom abhi jaise ki woh one year ka hai usse aap regular food joh ghar par banta hai woh dena start kar sakte hai , koi restrictions nahi hai aap usko dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruit and vegetables , lentils and legumes like dals , channa , rajma etc , cereals , milk, panner , ghee , sago etc
