give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene

as per my opinion,if your child looks happy and active , gains enough weight then no need to worry about his or her appearance.
because for a child ,it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things.
so please focus on healthy development of your child.
