Milk,curd,ghee, cheese,butter,paneer,
Dal,idly,Ragi,pan cake,dry fruits powder,egg,meat fruits and vegetables.
These protein and calcium rich foods helps in increasing weight , muscle and bones strength.
Being lean(patla) doesn't mean he is unhealthy no need to worry about look and weight if baby is active and achieving milestones.
