Q.
mera baby 14 month ka hai .or use kal bahut tej bukhar hua or medicine dene ke bad 3 hours me normal ho gya or aaj fir subah edda hi hua ..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruuled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Colttd sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful .
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
