A. baby is 13 month It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. This Looks like some kind of an allergy probably it’s better that you want to get a check with your doctor the doctor can advise you with the right products to apply on this as of now if there is Imphal pimples and you can go ahead with applying calamine lotion but could you get it checked once
