A. hi it happens because of many reasons like allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or Infection etc so please keep your child Hydrated keep an eye on your child diet , avoid giving citrus fruits and outside food for now. dress your child in Cotton clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room. you can apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on it . maintain good hygiene.
