If pimples are on full body then I would suggest to visit skin doc as it might be possible because of some allergy. Don't use any market bought lotion or soap. Use besan by adding little milk and turmeric powder instead of soap.
Apply coconut oil or olive oil full body. Maintain proper hygiene. Try using Clocip powder as it is anti fungal and bacterial in nature. Bitadin powder will also work
