mera 8 month ka baby bed se gir gaya mujhe bahut tension ho rahi age kya krna sahi hoga girne ke bad bahut roya Or avi soo kya kya karu jald bataye

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol.
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to somge chronic manifestations occgyasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
