as any discharge strong pain should be reported to doctor
take care of yourself
bed rest as possible
keep baby well hydrated

please consult with your gynecologist immediately if you have pain in the stomach during any part of the pregnancy.
as it is not advised to take any kind of home remedies or any other advice from others it's always better to consult with your paediatrician
