A. cut all sugar and oil grom food. take more of fruit n vegetables too. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to start doing yoga everyday in the morning specially try to do Surya namaskar this will help to reduce the extra belly fat apart from that it is advisable to do planks
