mer baby 1 year ka hai aj usko potty bahut hard pass huyi aur potty ke sath thoda blood bhi tha aur wo bhut pressure dal rha tha aur ro rha tha .usko constipation ho jata hai plss suggest what to do.

A. Hi mom Apply coconut oil on the potty area for easy passing of stool. increase the water intake and fibre rich foods like papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia spinach beetroot etc in ur baby diet to get relief from constipation
