mene apni pregnancy confirm ki h abhi 2 din phle . to mujhe baby ki acchi growth k liye kya khana pina chahiye plz bataiye.

A. you can take regular diet as your taking before just do take care to include more of nutritious that like sprouted grains and green leafy vegetables more in your diet along with fruits and adequate water intake have regular daily walking which is very beneficial during pregnancy

A. Hi mom Eat freshly prepared homemade food. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc. papaya pineapple alcohol caffeine should not be consumed during pregnancy
