A. Try to avoid foods like brocolli, cauliflower, pineapple,  raw mango, raw onion, lettuce,cabbage, citrus fruits, soy, peanuts. All these might cause gas sometimes. Also limit tea and coffee intake. may be just once a day if you really need to. eat other foods and frequently breastfeed your baby. don't give too long gaps between meals.
