A. If you had a C-section then this is going to be normally seen in the initial 3 to 6 months to try to stay yourself into 3/4 reclining position as that is going to be more comforting for you to be in that position if you keep yourself that’s going to be much better for you as of now so that is what you can do and that is what is going to be good enough for you to work on with
