DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2.5 years old and she is having a head lice and hair ffall so apply mediker shampoo three days and coconut oil daily and vitamin A and D rich food items

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please maintain proper hygiene and do not use any chemical shampoo for lice. and massage your baby with mamaearth onion oil which is good in live and hair fall and also use mamaearth baby shampoo too. take care
