medicines for cough cold for 3 plus month old baby. very frequently she is getting cold cough since birth.

A. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steasm inhalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the sregular diet which is being given to the child

A. good evening I would not recommend you to use any medicine on your own I would recommend you to try to visit your pediatrician for a proper clinical examination and then use the medicine prescribed
