The One year plus you can give all kind of food that you’re eating yourself same Roti sabji Paratha rice whatever you’re preparing every day for yourself and your family that’s the right food to be given to the child for breakfast lunch and dinner after the age of 12 months you do not have to cook anything separately for the child try to stick to more of regular food
