ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. you can clean with wet cotton cloth It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

U Can you is a silicon tongue cleaner to clean the tongue of your child you can easily find it at a medical store and that’s what you should be using to clean the tongue whenever you giving a bath to the child and in general after feeding 20 to 30 minutes for feed if your child is awake you can clean it with a soft white claws
