DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and if her tongue is white so mostly it’s a milk causing oral candidiasis and needs local applications of Candid lotion and clean it with dry cotton clothes wrapped in water and clean it twice a week
