me ND my baby is tested covid positive ..what are the precautions to follow.. what is best food for baby

A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always betther to ta ke the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

A. First of all keep breast feefing your baby dont stop feed her. and make sure that after each feed burp properly. you can give all the foid which you feed her before. dont worry about that. take care and maintain proper hygeine.
