Baby hair texture changes over time, and it is normal for babies to have curly or wavy locks. As long as your little one has healthy locks, there's no need to worry! ... As they grow up, their hair tends to become coarser and curlier. This is because the baby's hair follicles are still immature until about age 8 or 9.
