may I use manual breast pump to increase milk supply

A. A single manual or electric pump can be useful if you only need to pump occasionally, or want to breastfeed and pump at the same time. These pumps are usually smaller than double pumps, making them easier to transport. If you're using a manual pump, these are also silent and don't require a power source.
