give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

as your child is having age above one year ,you can Serve everything which is prepared at your home for whole family.
so no need of specific diet plan.
give 3 major meals and 2 snacks per day
