many times water is coming from my son eyes .Is it anything serious

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age
it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) fromm eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child
meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.
