Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. as your child is newborn baby ,offer breastfeeding as and when it is required. burp your baby well after each feeding. give massage to your child everyday give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as a nursing mother ,you must take healthy diet . I mean , your diet must include food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products,nuts , dry fruits etc which provides essential nutrients and energy .
