ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it's quite common that babies lose their appetite if they are not well so you need to maintain adequate hydration for your baby don't try force feeding him give to please spoons of whatever he is accepting mean while giving him fresh fruit juices coconut water vegetable soup
