#mamypoko Hello, I am concerned about the production of milk. Sometimes I feel very heavy and the flow of milk increases that much that my baby stops taking the milk from the side with heavy flow. It sometimes leads to heaviness for longer period and pain. However, sometimes I feel so light that I get worried, if I am able to fill my little one's tummy. Your valuable advice would help me to keep a balance.

A. I have started using breast pump but after reading side effects of it, it sounds scary to me. 😔

A. It's absolutely OK to pump your breast milk and give it to your baby in a bottle. Pumping is a great way to provide your child with your breast milk without putting them to the breast.
