#Mamypoko#AskTheExpert Hi, Today I get to know that I'm pregnant... before this pregnancy I have 3 abortion and 1 miscarriage.. what do you suggest... and what the precautions should be needs to follow

If You are pregnant and just I hope you know that what what were the reasons for three miscarriages an abortion that your face so you make sure that you do not repeat any mistake like that and also if it is crucial than you please take bed rest and according to your first scan and sonography the doctor would be able to advise you better as the water precautions do you need to take and do consult a nutritionist and take a proper diet plan so that you can follow it properly for your nine months of your pregnancy
