#Mamypoko#AskTheExpert hello, can I do skipping or crunches or aerobics for tummy fat. my tummy still looks like 5 months pregnant lady. what to do pls suggest.

A. yes why not. go ahead n hit the gym. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
