Hi, you need to take iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your Gynaecologist which is very important as you’re a breastfeeding mom. Multivitamin syrup or tablet should be taken only if your doctor has suggested. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take home-made and fresh food which is good for yourself and baby.
