A. Hi To gain strength, try to include protein rich foods in your meals. like milk, paneer, egg, fish, chicken, pulses, tofu, soya beans. Try to include nutritious foods like almonds, walnuts, til seeds, peanuts. Do strength training for better muscle gain & posture.

A. there will pain, body ache, lower back pain after delivery.. you should take good care of yourself.. have healthy and balanced diet.. take the calcium supplement.. take mother Horlicks mama protinex.. with milk.. start with some yoga..
