Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi mom the growth rate of a preterm baby can vary according to the weight or it can also vary if baby is been feeded well and as a feeding mother you are providing well to your child so it is individual growth pattern for which you had to take care by feeding your child at regular intervals the milestones can be achieved gradually for preterm baby
