Dear mother to be , there would be weight gain due to fetus growing in your womb , however include a well balanced meals, avoid processed , packaged and junk foods. include healthy food groups like whole grains and millets , dals and pulses , nuts and oil seeds, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables etc.
have small and frequent meals . have enough water intake

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
