#mamaxpert I am mother of 4 month old baby boy. My problem is that I have severe severe hair loss past 15 days,to the extent that I am afraid to comb my hair or take head bath.I am taking calcium and iron tablets still no use.please suggest

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. use Sulfate free shampoo that contains organic ingredients like Vedic use and also you should take iron supplements biotin supplement drink plenty of water and have Vitamin C rich fruits.
local application of aloe vera pulp juice plus one teaspoon olive oil and one fourth piece of lemon before head wash is fine

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. I was suggested not to consume lemons, curd or any fruits since I am breast feeding.. not sure how true it is.please let me know if I need to follow this.
