#Mamaxpert Hi, it's been 5 month of my delivery but still my Tommy looking like 6 month pregnant. How to reduce the tummy and also weight ? what are the effective excercise for Tommy ?

A. hello dear mom start your day with some lukewarm water followed by some walk and yoga for 35 to 40 minutes on a regular basis have salad before your lunch and dinner avoid oily fried and junk food reduce the intake of sugar and do not stay empty stomach for love

A. M not taking sugar at all also any oily food but still weight is gaining . what are the excercise please tell me .
