#Mamaxpert Hello madam Ovi Saavi my twins baby girl Born at 7oct 2020 and I am 31yer old now, Delivery after 3month start my pired. is it normal?? pired cycle aslo 1montn, but some time after 15days spoting in my inner garment. so I am worry. please guide me...

It may happen while
Ovulation
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
