mam my weight increases day by day so I wanted to decrease my weight always suffering from foot pain (heel )

A. no other way than exercise Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. my advice will be to start with yoga that will help reducing weight and also help in healing foot ache take care of diet restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy foods keep your self well hydrated
