Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc..
