Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl1 week agoA. If it is a rash you can apply calamine lotion but very honestly it is looking like a bruise to me it’s blue and colour and rash is normally not blue in colour so I will also advise you at the same time so please consult your doctor once
