Q.
Mam, my child is about 6 months , what diet can we give him post 6 mobths for his health. Moreever, he seems to have issues with Gastric since he is completley breast fed.

stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid gufood which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age and needs to be started gradually step by step .
stage 2 consists of more textured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age
stage 3 in wfhich a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
