Q.
mam my baby was one month old.after delivery I have lot of back pain.i did not sit flat position.what can I do mam?

During C-section when you are given with an epidural it normally happens because of that only so currently I would only recommend you to go ahead we doing Keagle exercise is there really very fruitful and beneficial in the same time and please consult your gynaecologist if needed
