Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi ideally, babies can get their full set of primary teeth at age around 2 to 3 years so you can wait for few days more give calcium rich food items more give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day avoid giving RO water
