Mam...my baby is 16months old and didn't given pcv booster vaccine....can we give at 17months?

Hello ma’am Yes I believe you can but it would be better that you consult your paediatrician ones because he would be the right person to guide you and advise you for the same and if you can get it done then try to get it done as soon as you can after consulting your paediatrician.
