A. use mamaearth berry blast toothpaste. it's healthy for kids teeth and gums

Hello ma’am Sometimes the colours of the gums is also genetic like you know either the father or the mother must be having dark colour gums see a child is also taking the same but still to be on the safer side I am going to advise you Consult a child dentist once regarding the same to be a little more sure about it
