It is practically impossible to comment anything without actually examining the area.
It usually appears pale after birth and there could be accumulation of vernix in the genital area

Ma’am If it is white then you should consult your doctor for a checkup it should be of the regular skin colour whatever skin complexion colour that the child has but if you see if it is too much white or something then you should definitely be getting a check with your doctor ones
