ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregularities in periods till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
