A. Hello!! You can start giving your child. All the healthy home-made foods that you daily prepare for the family. There should be no difference between what you feed your child and the rest of the family members. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced. Give your child dal, Chawal, Roti, sabji.
